Tamara Mellon is an English businesswoman with a net worth of $180 million. Tamara Mellon gained her net worth by being the co-founder of the luxury brand Jimmy Choo. Mellon was born in London to an entrepreneur and model. Mellon began her career as a public relations person before approaching shoe-maker Jimmy Choo to make high-end, fashionable shoes.
Mellon was born in London, on 7 July 1967, the daughter of Tom Yeardye, a successful entrepreneur and Ann (Davis) Yeardye, a former Chanel model. She was educated in Berkshire at Heathfield St Mary's School, in Beverly Hills and in Switzerland.

Mellon began her career at Phyllis Walters Public Relations, Mirabella, and followed as accessories editor for British Vogue in 1990.
Tamara Mellon, OBE is the former Chief Creative Office and co-founder of Jimmy Choo, a luxury brand that offers designer shoes, handbags and a range of accessories . She stepped down from the brand in November 2011.
Recognizing the potential for development of high-end designer accessories, Mellon approached bespoke shoe-maker Mr Jimmy Choo with the idea of launching a ready-to-wear shoe company. As co-founder of the Jimmy Choo Company, Tamara secured funding from her father, for the creation of her business, and sourced factories in Italy. In addition, she set up an office in Italy to handle production, quality control and shipping. By 2001, Jimmy Choo had over 100 wholesale clients including Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman, and the collections accounted for over 50% of the production of several of these factories.
The Motcombe Street store was followed by stores in New York, Las Vegas and Beverly Hills. In April 2001, Jimmy Choo partnered with Equinox Luxury Holdings Ltd. Acquiring Mr Choo's share of the ready to wear business, Equinox's Chief Executive Robert Bensoussan became CEO of Jimmy Choo, introducing handbag and small leather goods collections. In November 2004, with the company valued at lb101 million, Hicks Muse announced the majority acquisition of Jimmy Choo.
Jimmy Choo now has a total of 39 stores, including London (Sloane Street & New Bond Street), New York, Beverly Hills, Washington D.C., Boston, Dallas, Moscow, Milan and Hong Kong and is distributed by select stores worldwide. In 2007, Mellon made another appearance on the Sunday

Dato' Seri Mohd Nazir bin Tun Abdul Razak was born in 1966 and he is a Malaysian banking executive. He is the managing director and chief executive of CIMB Group, one of the largest financial services providers in Malaysia. Nazir is the youngest son of second prime minister Tun Abdul Razak and a brother of the sixth and current prime minister Najib Razak. 

Dato’ Sri Nazir Razak is the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of CIMB Group, and Deputy Chairman of CIMB Bank, CIMB Investment Bank and President Commissioner of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. Dato’ Sri Nazir graduated from the University of Bristol with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree and obtained a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from the University of Cambridge. He joined the corporate advisory department of Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad (now known as CIMB Investment Bank) in 1989 and managed various fund raising, privatization, listing and corporate restructuring exercises. In 1993, he transferred to the bank’s stockbrocking arm where he rose to the position of Executive Director. He moved back to CIMB Investment Bank as Deputy Chief Executive on 1 June 1996 and became Chief Executive on 1 June 1999. He assumed the position of Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of CIMB Group on 7 November 2006.

Dato’ Sri Nazir was named one of Asia’s 50 most influential figures of the last decade (1996-2006) by FinanceAsia magazine in 2006. He was also ranked second by Institutional Investor in its Asia’s Best CEO (Bank) survey in 2008. He became the youngest recipient of FinanceAsia’s ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ in 2009, and was also named the ‘Best Top Executive in Malaysia’ by Asiamoney in 2009 and 2010, ‘Best CEO’ by FinanceAsia in the Asia’s Best Managed Companies Poll 2011 and ‘Best CEO for Investor Relations’ in the Malaysia Investor Relations Awards 2011. In 2012, he received the ‘2012 Outstanding Achievement Award’ from the ‘Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2012’, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Asian financial markets, ‘Best CEO for Investor Relations’ in the Malaysia Investor Relations Awards 2012 and ‘Asian Corporate Director Recognition Award’ at the Asian Corporate Director Recognition Awards 2012.
Dato’ Sri Nazir is a member of the Investment Panel and Chairman of the Investment Panel Risk Committee of the Employees Provident Fund. He holds directorships in various CIMB Group companies, Malaysian Electronic Payment System (1997) Sdn Bhd and is an Executive Committee member of the Malaysia International Islamic Financial Centre. He is a Trustee of the Rahah Foundation and the Pride Foundation.
He does not have any family relationship with any other directors and/or major shareholders of the Company, except being the brother of Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib Tun Hj Abdul Razak, the Chairman of Khazanah Nasional Berhad.

The concept of blog

The concept of my this blog is about the entrepreneur, namely Tamara Mellon and Dato' Seri Mohd. Nazir bin Tun Abdul Razak. Both of them are successful entrepreneurs. Tamara Mellon is co-founded Jimmy Choo Limited, and Dato' Seri Mohd. Nazir bin Tun Abdul Razak is a Chief Executive Officer of CIMB Group. In this blog, I will talk about the way they build on their business and how they develop the business in their life. I also will follow up their latest news after this. Hopefully, my blog can be a platform to help other people to get the information. I will start my blog after this, stay tuned!
